The Patagonian Toothfish lives in the cold deep sea of the South Indian Ocean. It is caught in the French waters of French Austral and Antarctic Territories.

The French shipowners are fully involved into a sustainable catch. This fishery is a perfect cooperation between the private sector, the Administration and the Scientific Authorities.

This is a very white and mellow fish rich in Omega 3.
